Delta Hotels by Marriott Huntingdon

Parking was easy & straightforward, with charges included as complementary for guests. The landscape surrounding the property was pleasant even though it’s in a business area. The facilities were superb, and the food offered was delicious and wide ranging, especially for breakfast. The staff were friendly and great fun, and all demonstrated upmost respect for the entertainment manager, who was superb at her job.

I really liked the hotel itself, it felt very up to date, clean and tidy. All the staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean and having access to the pool and jacuzzi was a great bonus. The hotel extended our stay when asked with no added cost which was so kind and also I had forgotten my toothbrush and the hotel provided one quickly for me, nothing was too much! :)

Breakfast - food was excellent, choice was so varied, never seen a toffee milkshake before, staff fantastic, made Mum a poached egg and got her a banana when there was none left. Dinner - superb. Fresh and tasty and excellent portions. Varied menu. Room - very clean Pool - beautiful until the children arrived! Could do with slightly less wide step ladders for those with knee problems!

Booked this hotel to visit AquariumGardens which is a company that sells aquascaping materials in Huntingdon and to escape a house full of adult children for a romantic weekend away. Wanted somewhere to spend a quiet weekend with my husband away from London and visit AquariumGardens at the same time. The hotel had everything we wanted. A big enough and clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and no noisy neighbours. I booked it because I wanted a swimming pool, sauna and steam room and also a gym, all of which were available and well equipped. I also wanted a nice breakfast and wasn't disappointed. It had everything needed from the usual English breakfast stuff, to cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, etc. Another thing I wanted was a place for my husband to park his car since we drove from London. You will need to remember to pin in your car number at reception. Everything was wonderful. Plus we spent the Sunday looking at some antique shops in Huntingdon. It's a nice little town. The night before that we ate at this Turkish place of which I can't remember the name, but its right in the middle of town, next to the old church. We went back to London quite happy. Will definitely come back again.

ALL RECEPTIONISTS WERE WELCOMING, FRIENDLY, POLITE, THOUGHTFUL, AND EXCELLENT PROBLEM SOLVERS. THE ROOM WAS WELL FURNISHED AND COMFORTABLE. I ENJOYED BREAKFAST ESPECIALLY THE PORRIDGE WITH MIXED BERRIES. I WAS PLEASED TO FIND A GIDEON BIBLE AND WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE PRACTISING A DEMANDING READING SCHEDULED FOR NEXT SUNDAY,
